Kitchen Sinks

We can supply and install any brand or type of kitchen sink or faucet you may desire depending on appearance, budget, long or short term needs. These finishes range from cast iron, stainless steel, silgranite, composite materials to name a few.
The standard 2 -compartment kitchen sink dimension is 33”x22”, or 35"x22" for a single compartment sinks among other sizes, but there are also many different depths, bowl sizes to consider.
Whether or not if you prefer the drop-in counter top sink installation or under mount application this needs to be coordinated with the existing  sink hole opening and if new counter tops are being installed then the dimensions and sink must be shared  with the counter top installers so a major mishap or blunder is avoided.

Disposals or Disposers

This household item that is known to have everything thrown down it but the kitchen sink, is an item that can commonly jam or clog up depending on the use. Often this can be easily resolved but with age and wear, they simply need replaced.
 There are several name brands and models but we recommend and stock on our vans the InSinkerator Badger 5  ( 1/2 hp)  model and the more expensive but better grade quality Wolverine Brass brand that comes  in (1/2 and 3/4 horsepower) and has a much higher RPM ratio and stainless steel housing..
Both are very good  quality products for the money and includes a tool for the homeowner to unjam along with a handy reset button. 

There are various finishes for the visible top flanges and stoppers and air switches are a nice feature when possible that mounts in a hole drilling at the kitchen sink or counter top.
We suggest avoiding pouring any drain cleaners into them and suggest using a decent plunger instead. Often times this may not be the best amenity in a rental property or older septic system depending on circumstances where drainage stoppages may frequently occur.
